Conditions of return:
Buyer must make contact first, in order to initiate a return. Packages returned without a return approval will be refused. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I accept returns on unopened, unused product only. Product must be returned in the original shipping packaging, and care must be taken for glass items. Shipping insurance and tracking is recommended. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your package is damaged during transit, notify us within 2 of days of receipt, with photos of the damage attached. Do not return the package to us and keep all packaging. Our shipping carrier will need this documentation, and may require additional action on your part in order to process and approve an insurance claim.
